While most of us know Woorim for its people-friendly beach, over the last 12 months or so the township has been undergoing a ‘facelift’. The streetscape has been changed - and is continuing to change - with remodeling and reshaping of the streets making them more people-friendly with curbside tree plantings. There are also new parks, playgrounds, barbeques, picnic area and there is a modern sculpture display.
